Off-Campus Work-Study (FWS) Employer

Choose this option if you want to hire Boston University students through the Federal Work-Study Program.

  • Some for-profit employers (subject to Student Employment Office review and approval)

Important Notes

  • Students hired through this program must typically have a Federal Work-Study award.
  • Work-Study funding helps cover a portion of the student's wages.
  • Additional documentation and approval may be required before jobs can be posted.

Your organization provides community-focused or educational opportunities

External Employer (Non-Work-Study)

Choose this option if you simply want to post jobs for BU students without participating in Federal Work-Study funding.
